How long is Explosoft GPS tracker warranty period?
12 months warranty from the date of Installation.
Have your GPS devices been certified by SIRIM?
Yes, our GPS devices have been certified by SIRIM.
What is the voltage range of your GPS devices?
Our GPS devices operate within a voltage range of 9V to 36V.
Does your company provide onsite installation service?
Yes, we provide onsite installation services for all our GPS tracking systems.
How long does it take to install a GPS device?
Approximately 30 minutes. If there is a technical problem, it may be extended to 45 minutes or an hour.
Can a user install the GPS device on their own?
Yes, a user can install the GPS device themselves, but please note that self-installation voids the warranty provided by Explosoft.

Yes, GPS tracker model No. EX100.
Do I need to pay for the SIM card in a GPS tracker?
Yes, Explosoft GPS trackers require a SIM card for real-time tracking, and the cost of the SIM card is borne by the user.
Does GPS tracker work when my vehicle crosses the border of Singapore or Thailand?
Yes it works, as long as the sim card in your GPS Tracker has Roaming Service.
How many GPS Tracking Systems are there in Explosoft ?

Our GPS tracking system updates every 10 to 30 seconds to ensure real-time tracking accuracy.

Yes, it is available in the App Store and Google Play Store.
Can a user add a sub-account to access to the System?
Yes, the user can.
