12 months warranty from the date of Installation.

Yes, our GPS devices have been certified by SIRIM.




What is the voltage range in your GPS device?


The voltage ranges from 9V - 36V.




Do your Company provide onsite installation service?


Yes, we do.




How long does it take to install a GPS device?


Approximately 30 minutes. If there is a technical problem, it may be extended to 45 minutes or an hour.




Can a user installs the GPS device by his own?


Yes he can, but our Company will not grant any warranty.




Can GPS tracker be installed at motorcycle?


Yes, GPS tracker model No. EX100.




Do I need to pay for the sim card in a GPS tracker?


Yes. Explosoft GPS trackers are dependent on cellular network via sim card

for real-time tracking.




Does GPS tracker work when my vehicle crosses the border of Singapore or Thailand?


Yes it works, as long as the sim card in your GPS Tracker has Roaming Service.




How many GPS Tracking Systems are there in Explosoft ?

How long will your GPS tracking system be updated?


We will update our GPS tracking system regularly at 10 - 30 seconds.




Is your GPS Tracking System available on iPhone and Android smartphones?


Yes, it is available in the App Store and Google Play Store.




Can a user add a sub-account to access to the System?


Yes, the user can.




Could your System’s Data be exported to excel file or pdf ?


Yes, our System’s data can be exported to excel file or pdf.




Can I reset my password ?


Yes, you can.
